WHAT IS KOMBUCHA?

Kombucha (pronounced kawm-boo-chah) is a combination of sweetened teas that are fermented with a kombucha culture (also known as mushroom, mother, SCOBY). Kombucha is rich in probiotics, contains all the benefits of tea plus beneficial organic acids produced by the culture. In a nutshell, it is a living beverage.

WHAT DOES IT TASTE LIKE?

Every kombucha brewer will have their own take on kombucha! We strive on creating kombucha blends that are clean and balanced - acetic, slightly sweet, and refreshingly light.

DOES IT CONTAIN GLUTEN, DAIRY,
OR ANIMAL PRODUCTS?

No, our kombucha only contains organic teas, sugar, fruit and filtered water.

DOES KOMBUCHA CONTAIN
ALCOHOL?

Yes, as with all cultured and fermented foods, a small amount of naturally occurring alcohol is typically present. The amount is typically less than 0.5% ABV.
